Yes. I mean we didn't invent all of the coaching practices and systems we utilise, but the exercise selection, volume management, skills, weekly structure, nutrition and prep/mobility is assigned on a person by person basis. We are constantly communicating and making adjustments specifically for you.
There is no contract. I personally believe that I can prove worth within the service and if you aren't finding value from it then you are able to leave at anytime. Keeping in mind i will assist in setting realistic timelines for the goals you have set.
Everything will be catered to your circumstances. Rather than following a modified frankenstein program like you are now... You will have a program written for your circumstances with any prehab/rehab you currently have along with our recommendations.
Your programming is written and adjusted week to week so if your goals change we can pivot immediately. If an event pops up or your situation changes, we will adapt together.
